If an item is not stored, packed and shipped by dstmeonline.com, it is not covered by dstmeonline.com warranty, but it might be covered by a warranty offered directly by the Seller. If applicable this information will be mentioned in the description of the item on the website.

How to issue a claim

If an item is not stored, packed and shipped by dstmeonline.com, it is not covered by dstmeonline.com warranty.

1 – Send us an email to sales@dstme.com with your order number and the item to be repaired.
2 – An email will be sent containing a small form that needs to be filled up with your information. After filling up the form send it to sales@dstme.com
3 – We will schedule a collection date. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
3 – Item will be inspected. If the terms apply, the item will be repaired and shipped back to you as soon as possible.
